Roy Baber
Administrator
I am a lifelong healthcare professional with over 30+ years of experience in the healthcare field. My career has included positions with the Kentucky Office of the Inspector General, MedServ Association of Kentucky, and the Administrator of long-term care facilities throughout Eastern Kentucky. My experiences within the industry have given me a deep understanding of the complexities of long-term care and the knowledge to provide quality services and compassionate support to my residents. I have been fortunate enough to have the encouragement of my wife, my two daughters, and my grandson throughout this professional journey. I love working in long-term care because it allows me to build meaningful relationships with my residents and their families and become a trusted extension of their support network.
Veronica Anderson
Director of Nursing
Originally from Pike County, Kentucky, I moved to Harrison County in 1998 with my family. My husband of 35 years and I have three children, four grandchildren, and two on the way. My two daughters are registered nurses, and my son is a Marine who works for TMMK. I began my career at Harrison Memorial Hospital as a CNA before becoming a Registered Nurse and focusing on long-term care. The best part of my job is the residents; I love their wisdom, the stories they share, and the tales of adventures they’ve had throughout their lives. My goal is to support and serve our community and their families by providing them the comfort of knowing their loved ones will be cared for with dignity.
Amber Allen
Director of Marketing, Communications, and Public Relations
With over two decades of experience in long-term care, I have developed a profound appreciation for the care of others. I am a native of Fleming County, and I have had the privilege of calling Nicholas County home for the past 18 years. I am humbled by the love and support of my husband and two remarkable daughters. I cherish every moment spent creating lasting memories with my family. As an enthusiastic advocate for others, I passionately believe that my career path in LTC has guided me, allowing me to collect precious stories, smiles, and memories shared by individuals along my journey.
Joe Rose
Director Maintenance
I’m a lifelong resident of Harrison County, where I currently reside with my wife of 8 years. I have two sons and four grandchildren. I enjoy spending time with family, attending music concerts, and spoiling my grandchildren. I have worked in Maintenance for over 25 years, with a focus on Nursing Facility maintenance since 2016. The most fulfilling part of working in a nursing care environment is to be able to put practices in place that ensure residents feel safe and secure but also very much at home.
Tonya Fryman

When I am not working I enjoy spending quality time with my family and my animals. I love working in long-term care because I feel like it allows me to truly make a difference in resident’s lives.
